Amerie Mi Marie Rogers (Fitchburg, Massachusetts, 12 de janeiro de 1980), mais conhecida apenas como Amerie, é uma famosa cantora, compositora e atriz norte-americana indicada ao Grammy. Ela faz parte do selo musical da Sony Urban/Columbia Records.
Amerie nasceu de pai afro-americano e de mãe sul-coreana. Como consequência de seu pai ser das Forças Armadas norte-americana, Amerie fazia viagens com a família para diferentes lugares do mundo, incluindo o Alasca, o Texas, a Alemanha e a Coréia do Sul. Ela se formou na Universidade de Georgetown em 2000 em Belas Artes. Ela considera a cidade de Washington como sendo sua casa. Ela e sua única irmã mais nova, Angela, tinham como língua materna o coreano, antes de aprenderem a falar inglês.
